Here are my top 10 tips for fat loss!

1. Eat less calories than you burn.

2. Move more – get a step tracker and hit a minimum of 70k steps per week.

3. Weight train 3 times a week for 45 mins, get strong!

4. Get 8 hours of good quality (at least 90 -120 mins of deep sleep included )

5. Drink 2-3 litres of water

6. Be consistent and have patience

7. Eat Protein with every meal and have 5 portions of fruit or veg a day

8. Be accountable to someone

9. Be prepared for set backs
