2 ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ – Exercise – Aim for a minimum of 30 mins per day for – walking, Gym , classes etc something you enjoy – exercise releases endorphins in your Brian and will make you feel Better and being able to deal with stress better

3 ๐Ÿ›€ Take a Bath , the ladies will tend to do this more , when the kids are in bed bath with relaxing slats , will defo help you in wind will also help with number 1 ๐Ÿ’ค

4 Walk – Not the same as exercise ! A 20 -30 mins walk is amazing to help un wind and de stress ! Do not be scrolling on the๐Ÿ“ฑ

5 ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ Mediate – I used to think this was only for hippes and stoners ! Iโ€™ve done a little bit of it , it can be difficult but when you can switch of it works really well.
