My top 5 tips to help you de-stress
😴1 – Focus on Sleep , – poor sleep will lead to a more stressful life! Aim for 7-8 hours if not aim to get a 20 mins nap in during the day,
2 🏃🏻♀️🏌🏼♂️🏋🏻♂️ – Exercise – Aim for a minimum of 30 mins per day for – walking, Gym , classes etc something you enjoy – exercise releases endorphins in your Brian and will make you feel Better and being able to deal with stress better
3 🛀 Take a Bath , the ladies will tend to do this more , when the kids are in bed bath with relaxing slats , will defo help you in wind will also help with number 1 💤
4 Walk – Not the same as exercise ! A 20 -30 mins walk is amazing to help un wind and de stress ! Do not be scrolling on the📱
5 🧘♀️ Mediate – I used to think this was only for hippes and stoners ! I’ve done a little bit of it , it can be difficult but when you can switch of it works really well.
